Just after a solar eclipse
Just after there had been a terrific thunderstorm
Sky was heavily laden
Was heavily laden
With anger and with fear
Out came the rainbow to put things right
To reconcile with the earth
That had been so dry
Parched and scorched
All this happened just after a solar eclipse
Rainbow so sharp in contrast with the dark forbidding clouds
Came to lighten up the fields
Came to brighten the day.
This is a photo I managed to take just after all that happened I just took it and did not think of how it would turn out.
Sharp contrast of the very dry fields and the dark clouds up above.
Rainbow came out and took away that strange feeling that lingers in the air just after a solar eclipse.

Oh I saw the dark side more than anything it was like the middle of night.

The storm almost at the same time was too it was a kind of slate grey and very heavy feeling lingering for a while.

Sorry the photo is coming out the wrong way its all to do with the updates they put in there.
Will put it vertical another day.
This is how the sky was just after the storm and the solar eclipse on that day.

Me too I felt that it was kind of dark over here as well and a sort of cold feeling to it.
I could not get to see it but really felt it yes.

Rainbow is formed by prism based on the direction of the light of the sun.
I made a rainbow when I was cleaning our van with a hose of water. The sunlight directly hit the droplets that bounce from the body of the van. I stop and rainbow's gone. I spray the water again and it's back.

Its just that in the photo the dark grey sky and the colours of the rainbow itself and the dry fields make a lovely contrast thank you for the info have a great day ahead.
