Singapore’s acclaimed Lolla restaurant, Filipina chef Johanne Siy was recently hailed Chef of the Year by the prestigious World Gourmet Awards (WGA).
The Chef of the Year award is given to a head chef who has helped set high standards of excellence in the culinary arts.
She wants to find job at the corporate practising her double major courses in business administration and accountancy but she's allured to cook, developed a deep desire to cooking.
