Preparing tomato pickle today

Hello friends good morning..
The weather is pleasant not sunny and not gloomy 
. Overall a nice feeling .
I bought 3kgs tomatoes yesterday , so preparing tomatoe pickle , that's instant variety, it can be stored for a week.
I will post the picture once done..

I don't know what it is called in local language maybe it is simply called " tamatr ka achar"

There's also chillie pickles,lemon pickles,etc
mango pickles are the most common ones.
Indian food is always extraordinary

It's not very common in my area . I have seen and eaten chili,mango,lemon pickles but that of tomato never

Air tight containers or glass beakers are the most common way of storing pickles.
Village people store it in earthen pots.

It stays fresh for a week, we can keep it in any normal glass or plastic jar

Lol... cooking is not fun for me.. unfortunately. There are people who enjoys cooking , mine is survival cooking..
