Goodness of Wheat Grass

A few years ago there was a lot of talk about wheat grass juice therapy and most around us took it seriously but the work involved discouraged us. We had to sow the wheat and wait for seven days for the first lot to be ready for consumption and the next day another lot had to be sown and so on. It was claimed that it had a lot nutritive as well as curative value.
We do not hear of it these days. What is your view?

@allknowing But I don't think we have wheat grass here. Is it easy to grow?

Oh yes it was in news but I don't see anyone claiming it's good for blood
