Should I Get the Vaccines?

Hii,
From a Month, i saw many users here got vaccinated as well as i saw in news channel people is getting vaccinate.
But i'm still thinking that IS VACCINES NECCESSARY?
we can increase immunity to defeat vaccines also i heard that few people after vaccination died, high fever etc. I feel afraid with it to get vaccinate.
So friends should i vaccines?

I got your dilemma. We can increase immunity naturally without taking vaccines but that's time taking . Yes even I heard many stories about the negative affects of vaccine but still government authorities are saying it's safe
