I Made The Roommate Dinner

I am not sure what I did wrong.
The roommate likes my candied kielbasa. She has been asking me to make her some the past few days. So, I made her dinner this evening of Candied kielbasa.
When the dish was ready, I just thought I would have a few pieces to see how they tasted.
Tasted yuck. The first yucky candied kielbasa I had ever made as always delicious any other than good.
It was eckrich kielbasa which is a good name brand, mixed with grape jelly and BBQ sauce.
The roommate liked the dish. Figures.
I am glad I had that salad earlier!

Still early here in Manila. Had breakfast an hour ago, had some steamed rice cakes.

I had a friend who would add a tablespoon of grape jelly in bbq sauce when she made barbeque. It was okay. Glad your roommate enjoyed it.
I am going to make us a surf and turf dinner, ny strip steaks and scallops and asparagus. Have a blessed day.

Well, hey at least your roommate liked it and that's who you made the dinner for, right? I had salmon, asparagus and sliced tomatoes for dinner.
