Why it's called Beauty Sleep?? As we know how we look when wakeup!!!

Hope all of you are doing good. I am doing good too. I really wonder why it's called Beauty Sleep because we all know how we look when wakeup
.
It's amusing what's it's shown in commercials, waking up all beautiful, groomed and perfect. We all know that's not possible in real life.
Many times we look funny and wierd when wake up.

yes we all know how we look after sleep ..., beauty sleep because we look fresh after a good sleep
