Good enough! My Saturday walking is good enough for me to have 2,369 steps. It's enough to reach 1.66 kilometers with 94.83 calories burned. These are all recorded by my Pedometer app.

I am trying to get a minimum per day of 5000 Yesterday, I went on two walks and I got almost 10000 I work at a desk job so I find it challenging to get enough steps - I have to consciously take the time to get them in throughout the day.

Here in Visakhapatnam,India , daily walkers below 60 years walk minimum 5 kilometres in the morning . As the Walker gets older the distance decreases.
