Would you donate an organ to save life to someone you don't know?

If someone in danger of life ask you to give him a kidney or a part of liver to save his life, would you donate to it? I think that the first answer is "yes", but would you do it really?

Personally, I completely agree with organ donation. When I get my drivers license, I'm going to make it so if I die while I'm driving, any organs I have that could help others would be able to go to them. I'm not sure about organ donation when I'm still living though- may be a kidney because we can fully function on one kidney

Yes I'd have to say I would, I have donated blood and have been on the list for Years. However when it comes to things like that some people cannot donate blood but can donate organs. and vice versus.

Yes, if I could get along just fine without it. My father was an organ recipient, and although he passed away from something else I am forever grateful to that family who was so unselfish at one of the most difficult times in their life. He made it long enough to walk me down the aisle.
