Sounds like a good meal to me. I don't think were doing anything for father's day my sister is going to come over later and then were going to a baseball game and probably cook on the grill later.

@freelancermariagrace got some beef, pork, and shrimp from the grocery. Bought a lot of sauces from a nearby Korean min-mart. Made use of the BBQ pan grill and hotpot that I got online. Was very happy with what we prepared.

Although Father's Day was this past weekend, my kids actually celebrated it with me the previous weekend because nothing else was going on at that time. This past weekend my son graduated from high school, and we wanted to focus on his achievements and not have to worry about trying to celebrate him on Saturday and me on Sunday. So that's why we celebrated our own little personal Father's Day celebration the weekend prior. But, with that being said, my daughter did surprise me Sunday by taking me out for a nice lunch at my favorite sushi restaurant.
