Another Mocktail Recipe...I Can't Get Enough Of Them

This mocktail recipe (aka: non alcoholic cocktail) caught my attention because of the unusual ingredients.
The only changes I would make are to use whatever sweetener one wants. Personally, I would either use sugar or Sweet n Low. I do not like agave nectar. Do you? Then, instead of club soda, I am using seltzer as is cheaper than club soda and I think tastes better.
If you like mocktails, would you like for me to discuss more of them?

I've use agave nectar and didn't like it. Splenda, I used it for years and now, I can't use it. I've had club soda and really like it, but never used seltzer.
