Reimbursed With Another Shipment

Weeks ago, I ordered Swiss Miss Reduced Calorie K-cups online.
I then got an email saying that they were delivered. Well, I never received them.
So, I called and emailed for what seems like forever, with no answers. They just kept saying that the package was dropped off at the front door.
Guess what? I received an email that said package delivered $0.00 balance this past Friday. I was reimbursed and got a package finally! Somebody was honest.
I hate when people do not believe me.

I know how you feel since it does bother me when they call me a liar even though my complaint is real that the items that I ordered from Ebay did not arrive on time,
