I did workout today after many days. Feels light and Energetic!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I generally don't miss out my workout but I don't workout when on periods as don't feel comfortable. Today in morning, had gone to my terrace. I took walk for 30 mins and then did some exercise for 30 mins too. I felt light and energetic too. I feel workout is very important for healthy body and mind for me. My mood and day is good whenever I workout. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!

I didn't do workout too for 2 days because stomach cramp. And today i decided to do it again, and it took me 45 minutes and extra 10 minutes because i did dance practice
