Tuesday Evening. (6.22.21.).

I’m glad I had to actually check to see if it was Tuesday, forget that I watched WWE Monday Night Raw last night lol. Today has been business as usual on my end. Right now, I’m listening to Meat Loaf, sipping an evening coffee (yes, that’s what I said) and working on a few writing orders. I was drained earlier, so I took a nap for a bit. I’m more motivated and focused now though. Fun fact: The place I’m seeing NKOTB in August -the Merriweather Post Pavilion- is the place I attended my first concert in 1996 (when I was 11yrs old).... Meat Loaf. It was a family event for us because we’re all fans, and while I don’t remember much about the venue itself (I haven't been there since that concert), I remember a lot of the show. The opening (“Where The Rubber Meets The Road”), the “Paradise By The Dashboard Light” segment (that was an event in itself lol) and a huge inflatable bat during “Bat Out Of Hell.” Man, Meat Loaf could really put on a show. To this day, I still claim that as one of the best shows I’ve ever attended. I know he’s had his share of health problems over the years, so I hope Meat Loaf is doing well. My older sister got to meet him many years ago at a book signing, which makes me happy because he’s pretty much her favorite singer. And yes, she said he was really nice. :) Also, I think my favorite song by Meat Loaf is “Rock and Roll Dreams Come Through.” That one just started on my Spotify list. Alrighty, back to my post lol. That was a fun memory to share with you all though. :) I gave Dash a bath a little while ago. He really needed it, so my 11yr old niece and I got it done. He’s insane lol. He acts like I’m gonna kill him; tries to escape the tub while I’m holding him. He’s a little dog, but I’d rather have someone spray him while I hold him because I’m so afraid he’s gonna slip and hurt himself. Luckily, that hasn’t happened, and it won’t on my watch. Anywho, the pups are chilling, so I’m gonna feed them in a little bit. Otherwise, as I very briefly mentioned, I’m working on a few writing orders as well (hence the evening coffee). I’m a little behind today, but I’ll try to be around here and there. Welp, it’s time to wrap this up. I’ve rambled enough and I have things to do. Take care, everyone. :) Photo Credit: Pixabay.
