Mashed Potatoes in Thursday Lunch

Today it was the turn of mashed potatoes so I took these with my lunch today along with wheat bread and curd and it's a very good combination because my mashed potatoes were quite spicy too and I always add dry fenugreek leaves into it too.
Weather was great in the morning as it was windy and even drizzled for 10 mins but now again back to sunny so it will be only make things worse.

Mashed potatoes are always good! Do you mix garlic in with them? Or just the potatoes?
