Good Morning everyone!!!! I know that I have been absent lately but it's for a good reason I swear. Okay, so the week before last was busy because I had to pack. We went to Maryland last week to see friends and family as well as my best friend's wedding. That whole week was crazy then to top it off, my husband had training Saturday. It was RIT training for the fire department and it made me...join fire side. Yes, that's right. As of July 11th...we hope I go in front of everyone once again to join the firefighter side of things. Rehab an important component of firefighting but it just wasn't for me. I'm really excited to start this journey and it is going to be really packed. I'm also signed up for EMR classes in September and I'm not dropping those unless I have to. In other words I'm going to be mad busy for a while lol. When we got to Maryland so many of the restrictions were lifted and we felt free lol. I got to see almost al of my kids. Not my God Kids but all the others. My two little cousins, my friends baby girl and his two little cousins. Literally because his cousin had her baby girl on Sunday and we got to meet her on Wednesday. That means I got to hold a newborn for the first time ever. I've held babies but never a newborn. Needless to say however, my husband did not hold her lol. The wedding went so amazingly well. I got my hair and make up done without cringing. I'm not one for either of those things but I did it for her. I looked good though based on everyone's compliments lol. What I was afraid to go to went well and when we bailed, we didn't miss much because most everyone left after we did. Now that we're back though, it's back to work. I have so much to catch up on. Before we left the washer blew up and the new one won't be here until the first. Until then, I get to wash clothes up at my grandmother's. With all the running back and forth I should be at my goal weight by the time the new washer gets here lol. I know there is probably more but I think I have rambled long enough lol. Keep an eye out for more though because I want to show you pictures of my kids lol. I also have books to talk about so don't turn away lol. *picture from google
