No diet. Workout regularly and eating good food!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I hope you are spending quality time with family this weekend. I believe in eating good food and working out regularly. I don't want to do diet in order to lose weight. I mostly eat homemade food since long time. Cutting fast food from my diet has helped me a lot, though I eat it occassionally. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good weekend guys. Take care!!

i don't really do diet ether. just routine workout and eat healthy food and not too much of carbo

I do not like diet . it is best that regular yoga and exercise .it is best for body health.
