Washougal Washington state resident Andrew Darr who is a teenager is the luckiest person on this planet after he was involved in an auto accident that happened last Tuesday when his pickup truck that he was driving when a tire hit a rough spot on the road. After the pickup truck hit the rough spot on the road, the pickup truck flipped three to five times before it stopped with Andrew trapped inside with the truck upside down. United Parcel Service (UPS) driver John Wolford arrived on the scene of the accident after he had finished delivery of packages for the day. John called 911 to ask for assistance after he parked his truck before he came to get Andrew out of the pickup truck with the assistance of two strangers to use a tow strap on the pickup truck and attach it to his UPS truck. Then John applied pressure to pull the truck up a hill while the two other strangers held the truck to open the driver door that was jammed as a result of the auto accident. The rescue team then able to open the door and get Andrew out of the truck safely. Andrew suffered a concussion as a result of the accident. He will make a complete recovery from his injuries. John credits his training in the United States Army for eight years as well as the two strangers who assisted him to rescue Andrew from a terrible fate. Andrew as well as his parents are grateful that John became a guardian angel for their son. I am sure that Andrew was wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident which was one reason he survived the accident since seat belts saves lives.

Who is the witness in the pickup road mishap? Who told that the pickup turned turtle 3 to 5 times?

The witness did not give his name to the source. The answer to your second question was a police officer who investigated what happened after speaking to the teen driver.

I am sure that John was wearing his seat belt since I am sure that it is company rules at UPS to wear one.

@Deepizzaguy Actually I was referring to Andrew wearing his seat belt. My wording may have led you to think I was talking about John. Sorry. But, yes, I'm sure John had his on too. Whenever I see a UPS or Fedex truck, I usually check to see if they have their belt on, and they do.

I agree with you since law enforcement officers insist that the seat belt law is for our benefit and to save them the heartbreak to tell the parents of the child the bad news that their child has passed away.
