Cup of Coffee before sleeping

It's 10:13 pm now.. Almost late night.. I'm feeling sleepy but I want something warm to take before going to bed.. And I really want some coffee cause I haven't have one for the day so I have decided to drink it while doing mylot.. The picture is my sister, also still awake cause she's playing Call of Duties.. It was her routine, awake at night and sometimes sleeps 4am like that.. We always tell her not to abuse playing games.. I hope she'll listen soon enough.. And she too is drinking coffee while playing.. Do you drink something before going to bed? Is it coffee? Do you have a sibling like my sister?

I occassionaly had got up too early, drank coffee and went back to sleep

That would depend on my mood. Sometimes I would, sometimes I won't. Most of the time, it would just be water.

I take a bottle of water to bed in case I wake up and need a drink.

Ahw.. That's sad... But that's okay.. Maybe milk perhaps
