Amazing light show as usual.

Every year my husband, George, takes me to Port Orange to view the anual fireworks display. It's something we look forward to each year. The rains I complained about in my previous post, cleared and my husband found a better parking spot.
Some things didn't go nearly as planned, but on the flip side, McDonolds wasn't super busy so our order came quickly. The same couldn't be said for when we passed it on the way home.
But, the fireworks wee amazing and the drive home not so bad.
Can't wait for next year.
Neighbors are going at it, but it's not so bad. Better than last year.

Glad you got to enjoy the fireworks. I did not venture out but heard plenty of bangs and boons well into the night,

I am glad you have a wonderful time with your husband and the fireworks. I love watching fireworks. I hope we will have the fireworks next month at the Rhine river in the Inauguration Day in our city. We didn’t have that last year because of the virus.

Here I despise the fireworks..they shoot them right into my alleyway and they are not the usual fireworks..they are bombs

Same. We had a late start (them not us) and I was worried that part would be cancelled again. The "event" was supposed to end at 9 (which is when they light them off.) so I was happy to see them.
