Movie Watch: Godzilla (2014)

The last weekend saw me spending some time on Online sites and completing some important house errands.
Apart from that, we watched this Super Monster Movie where Big sized monsters fight, whole cities crumble, Tsunamis appear in seas and even Big weapons and blasts cannot dislodge the monsters.
This was Godzilla, made in 2014.
Overall watchable with special effects but in between, direction seemed to be lacking. We had some boring moments in between.

I have watched. We watched it in theatre and enjoyed the cinematic effects.

Well perhaps once I see that I would find out. A lot of my time these days goes into teaching my kids for their exam topics + office work.

So which was the original one? Was it the one released in 1998?
