I hope everyone had a safe and fun weekend. Ours was jam packed and only one bad thing happened. NO biggie. Saturday we went to the station to help finish up setting up the booth the fire department will have at the fair. I ended up painting but at least it got done. When we got back from that, I was on baking duty for a friend's fourth of July party. They must have been a hit because there were none left at the end of the night. The fireworks show was amazing. Sunday we had our own cookout and it was just a nice day. When we set off our fireworks, we invited a few friends and their kids. The kids got to play with sparklers while we waited for the sun to finish going down. Sadly the actual fireworks were cut a little short due to one of them gbusting our bedroom window. Everyone was fine and nothing was damaged but the window. I can laugh at it now that we're getting it replaced tomorrow. We damaged it so we paid for it so mom didn't have to worry about it. It's not that big a deal anyway. Accidents happen. Today though, I have to catch up on computer work and try to clean out my emails. I have more vacuuming to do and I want to keep working on my books. I've been working on putting them all back up how they belong. I did the movies last week so it was the books turn this week lol.
