Hi guys,. Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Since yesterday both me and my mom's health weren't good. We are taking medicine prescribed by the doctor and feeling fine so didn't write any post yesterday. We have got some neck issues so need to work on it. Anyways, today's topic is apt. Many a times there are many phases in our life i.e. some difficult situations like death or relationship problems wherein we are capable to heal our bodies but our mind gives us many thoughts at a time mostly negative so it becomes difficult to silence our mind. If we are able to do that, then we are able to recover well. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!

I hope you and your mom are feeling much better now. And yeah it's not easy to heal mind because many times it's not in our control

I think this should be taught in high school itself. The complexity, the benefits and the disadvantages of the human mind should be taught. Many people talk only about the greatness of the mind. This is partly true. The mind does come up with great ideas. But the mind also has a great disadvantage. The mind come sup often with past thoughts which we wish to foreget an about future worries. One thing is that the mind cannot be forced into silence. When the thoughts come, we need to think those thoughts, painful though they may be, with full awareness and at the same time, be aware of everything that is going on around us, The sounds of nature are very wonderful. Earlier, I had difficult to get good sleep during the night. Later, I just meditated on the sounds of the worms, a dog barking somewhere, cats fighting sometimes. Within a few minutes, I would fall fast asleep. Just to be in a place of natural scenery is a great benediction. The trees and plants around us, the sweet chirping of the birds, the rustling of the leaves on the trees is very healing to the mind and soul.
