By chance to have seen Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw, a 2019 action flick featuring Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Vanessa Kirby and Idris Elba in the drone role.
The plot revolved around a biothreat of a virus that somehow foreshadowed the current world pandemia, It must be destroyed.
A clandestine cause that utilized drones created from deceased fighters was bent on getting the virus.
There then lies the story of two enemies who set aside their differences to secure that the virus will not get to the cause.
Filled with high-speed action and incredible stunts, the movie is super entertaining.
A few underlying themes also about family and forgiveness. Plus a Samoan treat.
Very enjoyable.

Love this movie.
It poses a lot of holes in the Fast and Furious universe but it is a great action movie. You just have to suspend your common sense for a couple of hours but well worth it.

Am used to 'the rock' and 'the transporter' superhero flicks but was surprised Idris Elba accepted an antagonist role, rendering him subordinate to the action stars. He played the role well.

@eileenleyva it was Idris Alba that carried this movie. You got to have a believable antagonist for a movie to work. Pitted against two big action starts, I can say that Idris Alba looked like a believable and formidable foe against the duo of Hobbs and Shaw.

@allen0187 I agree. It takes a villain to produce a good story plot. No matter the comic-like antics of Hobbs and Shaw, the drone villain character overshadowed the protagonists.
Good insight!
