Do you take your cats outside? / myLot

I have two cats and they were outdoor cats. They still want to be outside. I bought two leashes and I took them outside. One of them escaped twice. I am not sure what to do. I would like them to be happy, but the one that escaped ran away with the leash on him. He was really scared and he escaped. Do you take your cats outside? I live in an area where most cats disappear and I wouldn't leave them outside by themselves.

Some stray cats come to our house..I don't have pets We give them food..

He is at home now. I don't dare to take him outside again. Seeing him with that leash scared me.

@dya80dya Glad he came back! Years ago, I lost a cat and it never came back. I was very sad for a long time.

@kanuck1 I am sorry to know this. I think I will keep the cats inside if I want to have them. If they are outside maybe we don't see them again.

I don't need to as they're free to come and go. Even right now I have no idea where the other three are. Most likely they're taking a walk outside.

Does anyone like to be on a leash? Definitely no. So dear if you like to see them happy then free them from leash. And if you would like them to be with you then take care of them in such a way, so that a always attract toward you.Animal understand only a language and that is love.

If I free them from that leash they can disappear. Most cats disappear in this neighborhood. We have neighbors with huge dogs, there are cars here. I want them to be safe.
