Egg sandwich for breakfast

I'm home after an hour or so of my early morning stroll. I saw my wife sitting in a plastic chair along the sidewalk outside our gate. As I approached her, she greeted me with a smile and said that I should made an egg sandwhich for our breakfast. Without so much ado, I half cooked two eggs, toasted 4 pieces of bread, and used Mayonnaise for the spread. I also prepared a hot drinks, Milo for my wife and nonfat milk for myself. And we're done with our breakfast. It's enough for us. What's yours?

Very simple and healthy breakfast. I had Sabudana kichdi ( a dish made from Sago) Sabudana khichdi is one of the most popular dish that is made with sago pearls, boiled potatoes, roasted peanuts and a few spices.

It's easy to prepare. We don't need something heavy and difficult to prepare for our breakfast.
