What could be our sins that would make our Lord reproach us?

Perhaps it is best to put the Gospel reading in the discussion, so we could clearly study in context why our Lord has been exasperated with places such as Chorazin, Bethsaida and Capernaum.
Matthew 11:20-24
20 Jesus began to reproach the towns where most of His mighty deeds had been done, since they had not repented.
21 “Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty deeds done in your midst had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would long ago have repented in sackcloth and ashes.
22 But I tell you, it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon on the day of judgment than for you.
23 And as for you, Capernaum: Will you be exalted to heaven? You will go down to the netherworld. For if the mighty deeds done in your midst had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.
24 But I tell you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom on the day of judgment than for you.”
Take note that Chorazin, Bethsaida, and Capernaum were towns where our Lord Jesus has imparted much teaching and performed miracles. Our Lord, for the most part, dwelt with the people.
Despite this, the people remained unrepentant. The people are guilty of feeling privileged. They were indifferent. A sin of omission.
The reason for curse bestowed on them.
If our Lord comes to our own villages or countries now, do you think we'd hear a 'Woe to you, Philippines?' Or Italy? Or Israel?

I really don't know I think each person must stand up for themselves and be judged individually and not as a group,

@eileenleyva truly I cannot think how the Lord looks upon this, Perhaps it is enough from someone's goodness of heart if they can offer help to others,

@RasmaSandra Always good to offer another help.
But it is imperative upon Christians to speak in defense of the right. To stay silent is complicity. That is where the sin is committed.
For example:
The incumbent leadership of our country once lambasted our God stupid invoking the Crucifixion ungodlike. Many Christians laughed and condoned with the statement. Many were also shocked but kept quiet. All are guilty.

Sodom and Gomorrah were completely eradicated with fire and brimstone.
