Two more immersive classes for me

Since May 2021 I've been attending immersive classes on home education in preparation for a Charlotte Mason method of home education. I've been enjoying them immensely and learning a lot.
School officially starts August 1. I'll have to attend two more immersive classes for parents on History Keeping and Language Arts. It's a busy time, and I'm glad to be studying along with my kids as they learn things at their own pace.

thank you. i love learning things with my kids. we read a lot and do nature walks and observations.

Thank you. We're taking things slowly. I've had my daughters begin copywork and Math as early as July. Homeschooling officially starts in about 2 weeks.

@eileenleyva 13 and 10 :) I like that I'm able to make our own curriculum. For example, my eldest does copywork from Thomas a' Kempis's "The Imitation of Christ" alongside her study of church history. And then she learns church songs with her guitar and that's for Music class already. It's all integrated. I wish I had this option when I was younger.

yes, thanks. it's kinda tough but i'm happy to see how to they enjoy learning without the constraints of traditional schooling.
