A bittersweet news story about a stolen puppy come to her owner

A Boca Raton Florida resident named Hemily Moraes is one happy camper after she reunited with her one year old Shih Tzu female puppy Binnie who went missing for a period of at least three weeks came home to be with her after a neighbor who lives in the same apartment allegedly stole her dog on June 21.
The reason I use the term allegedly is that in the court of law in our nation, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law even though in the case of the alleged crook, there is video evidence that Temple Inman, 57, who is female was seen cutting a hole in the back screen door at the BelAire Towers apartments and even seen walking Binnie in her neighborhood.
I can understand why Hemily was sad that her best friend was stolen from her apartment home for some reason that she cannot understand.
The good news is that Temple's son came to the home of the Moraes residence to return Binnie back to Hemily with an apology for the actions of his mom who was arrested by the police on theft and burglary and placed in jail in lieu of a 51,000 bond in Palm Beach County.
As the old saying goes "Not every story has a happy ending." At least in the side of the Inman family.

I would freak out if my dog was stolen. Hemily is so lucky to have her dog back.
