A few days ago, Barkevious Mingo was released from the Atlanta Falcons after being arrested for indecency with a child-sexual conduct charge. Mingo's lawyer apparently scolded the Falcons for the early release of his client. A thirteen year old boy claimed the Falcons linebacker pulled at his underwear and touched him inappropriately in July of 2019. He said that him and some friends were staying at the same hotel as Mingo after a trip to an amusement park. In Tarrant County, Texas, where the offense took place, the maximum sentence is 20 years in prison. The charge is currently a second degree felony charge. *All information came from the ESPN app *Picture from google
