We started this walking from home and covered a quantitative distance in around two hours We packed a couple of playing balls and headed out of the house with a walking objective in mind The walk was safe through a the roads wich have ample space for walking; there is also light traffic on the roads Our walk took us to the outskirts and then the landscape turned into lots of bushes and trees; we found a playing court and played ball games In the end we walked a little over 12 km( 7 miles) How often do you walk?

That's a very long walk. I don't walk that far. Plus the weather too.

I can't really "walk" per se, but I do do a little over a mile a day in my wheelchair.

12 km is a lot for a small child like the one in the photo. Compliments!

She is an athlete like her brother, a little boy that accompanied us. They both play soccer 3-4 times a week. And they also play basket, football or soccer woth me in the evening. She is able to endure the walking
