Sri Lanka has huge number of elephants. In temple of tooth in Kandy, dedicated to Lord Buddha, there are beautiful sculptures. There are wooden sculptures and structures of elephants well maintained inside the temple.

Thanks Notlilie here Lord Buddha's tooth is kept as relics. Lord Buddha is the spiritual God of Buddhists in Sri Lanka.
