I like cold beverages. But it created some issues in my health so I stopped adding ice cubes. Enjoy your day.

The temperature of cold water is very less than our body temperature....I drink normal water. Cold water is also bad for throat..

seeing people drinking iced water or something itself gives sensitivity to my teeth. Its not healthy! I prefer to drink anything warm, which is lot better than ice.
