Banner maker

Anyone know of a good place to create banners? I want a banner for my website but I don't want to pay for it...simple is fine for me but I also want it to look nice. I am not very familiar with places that make banners...If anyone knows of any it would be greatly appreciated if you could share them with me. Thank you all!!

are you familiar with photo editing software like adobe photoshop ? If not you could just ask her for somebody's help ! I am sure there will be somebody who can make it for free !

Well, the computer I am on right now couldn't handle anything like that...this is our secondary computer. As for our other one, we don't have any programs like that installed on it. Otherwise I might be able to mess around and come up with something.
My other problem is that I don't really know what I want my banner to say...or look like. I am in direct sales and the site I have promotes each business' products (candles, stuffable friends, home decor, mom and baby stuff) plus their biz opportunities, online parties and some other stuff. I want to show all of that but I just don't know how to do it.
