For a change it's a bright sunny day today. After several days of rainy weather at last the Sun is shown up in the sky. Rains have caused havoc in some parts of our state as in neighbouring states. Everybody felt relieved to see the withdrawal of these rains.
Organisers of 2020 Tokyo Olympic games must have also heaved a sigh of relief when the games got off to a flying start. China has claimed first gold medal already. The commencement of the games was in doubt until last moment due to spike in coronavirus cases in Tokyo city as well as detection of some cases in games village. I wish the Olympics a grand success. So also all the best to Indian contingent to win some medals in the games.
It is already weekend here. Hope to enjoy it staying at home. Wish everybody a nice and enjoyable weekend ahead.
