Be contented with what you have / myLot

Yeah, its just late evening here. I'm just from work. Today I reached home early since the traffic was less. I think its quite good to be always contented with what you have in life. Some always admire other people's material possession. They forget that someone else is worse in bad situation than them. I'm sure if you are not satisfied with what you have, then you will never have anything in life. But if you count a penny you have as a thing; then you will accumulate more and more. How do you observe it on your side, are you satisfied with what you have now?

I learned how to be content with my circumstances a long time ago. Nevertheless, I would like my quality of life to be improved and I am working towards that goal.

I am thankful for the roof over my head, food on the table, money to pay the bills and a husband who loves me. I'd like to win the lottery though! It would make things a lot easier! lol

I am 'mostly' satisfied with what i have and very thankful to God and my parents for providing me with all these. But sometimes i too get attracted by seeing others

This is great advice which a few are already following. If we complain about what we have, then we will lose even that little bit of happiness
