We don't normally fail interviews because we don't know how to answer questions, we dint get the job because we were not confident enough to sell ourselves to the point the interviewee can be pleased with us. So today let's discuss the tips that you know and that I know to be working so that one can pass an interview 1. Conduct the research prior the interview- Dive into Google , into the website of the company so that when you go in, you are ready to talk and if you know the one who is going to interview you, then research them on LinkedIn and get to know their background because you never know why they have disclosed the interviewer for you. 2. Review the most common interview questions- There us a list out there of questions that get pretty much info every interview. You don't need to memorize the questions, but it's good to have the idea of the questions and how you are going to answer them. 3. Keep your answers short but concise- Do not answer one word answers but elaborate as much as you need to get the point across. In short, go straight to the point and keep it consistent. 4. Utilize good body language- In order to make good impressions, you have to make direct eye contact, the way you sit, your posture, the way you walk into a room and the way you stand. 5. Sell yourself- This is the opportunity to shine in the interview room. This is not an opportunity to be super modest, but you have to be delicate in the sense that you don't want to look like you are bragging but rather be confident and deliver yourself in positive pro- active way. What are other Interview Tips that you know? What do you think made you fail an interview? Have you ever been fired before ? What are your thoughts towards interview in general? How long did it take for you to get that job after the interview?

I like all these pieces of advise. I will say that - being someone who has conducted interviews before - OVER-confidence is a thing too. Find the balance. Be confident but admit you have things to learn and open to doing so!
