Pork With Tomato Sauce And Peas

Yesterday we have a nice weather and I wake up so early to cook this pork with tomato sauce and peas for our lunch. I also share the rest of it to the children in our barangay because they had a feeding and get a free haircut by the hairdresser in our place. So some of the food that I cook for the day was donated to them for add on of their gathering for that event so this is the only thing that is left. It is just a simple recipe and quick to make. If you don't eat pork you can replace it with chicken meat beef or lamb. You just need a pork lean meat and sliced thinly, and onion, garlic, oil, tomato sauce, peas seasoning. I use maggi granules and stir fry them. It is so tasty with rice.
