Sometimes it takes time but sooner or later we get solutions for everything in life. If someone has hurt us that too heals over a period of time. We learn lessons throughout our life. When man thinks about his problems in a calm and cool manner, he can think of good and sensible solutions. Sometimes, others can helps and we can also help others. We just do not know how and exactly when we can find a solution. It could be through reading a book, talking to a stranger, just watching everything around us etc... Just observing people and listening to their words without judging anybody can in itself be very helpful.
