Have you ever heard a voice at such an hour?

Your answer scared me a lot. I have to mention the fact that I don't believe in paranormal activities, but I can't find an explanation. A few nights ago I was sleeping and at 4 AM I couldn't breathe and I panicked. This made me wake up suddenly. After that, I felt my mattress vibrating and it wasn't an earthquake. I asked everyone the next day. I can't understand such things. I don't believe in them, but they happen for some reason.

@dya80dya you don’t have to believe in paranormal plenty of people do not. But when unexplained things happen it hard to put that option on the table. I’ve lived either hearing spirits my whole life for the most part I ignore them because I don’t want that door open. I’ve also seen orbs in the house and know the house I’m in does have a spirit. He is friendly and keeps to himself so we feel no need to banish it. Usually when I feel or hear something it’s because they want my attention or let me know one of my actual kids need me or is about to come into the bedroom.

@ShyBear88 I felt attacked during my sleep several times. I don't know how to protect myself from that force. It is like a force that is trying to attack me or make me levitate. I think that something evil is attacking me. And it's so strong. Do you hear words or sentences when that spirit talks?

Here all lights were off and a child wasn't on the street at that hour. Everyone was sleeping. I watched outside and all lights were off. People were sleeping at that hour. This is why it was so scary.
