...was my new camera ! I'm surprised that it came so fast !
Unfortunately, even though it was supposedly 1.8m/5.9 ft. shockproof (this one is exactly the same as my last one, as far as I can tell), the last two times I dropped it made it go kaput. The first time I dropped it, a couple of weeks ago, the view screen showed a bunch of black lines on it, but I could still manage to take pictures and they turned out okay once I put them on the computer.
The second time I dropped it--nope. Kaput. End of story.
So here I am with camera number....? I like the way these FujiFilm ones work, but I sure wish they were more durable (like they say they are) !

I agree with you that cameras that you ordered need to be more durable. Hopefully the latest camera lasts a long time.

Congratulations and here’s to hoping you won’t drop it at all.

Will you complain to wherever you ordered it from? Maybe they'll send you a replacement. And why are you dropping cameras?
