Mistake in cooking

Hii everyone,
This night as usually i cook for dinner. Itsn't 1st time i cooking but how can i do mistake. This is dough for make a cireng. Usually i put boiled water on it, but this time i put cold water. I don't know this difference will change texture of dough. But after i analyze that i did mistake to put cold water on it. I thought cold or hot water not make any difference. So i make 2nd dough with proper water and texture is pretty good. Failure can't stop me for more try.
So guys did you have same experience like me? When you failed, what will you do?

i had a bad experience with dough when i was little, but it didn't stop me from trying to cook.

I don't do mistakes in cooking...you know na reason?

@Andini take flour much and water less..mix ...then mix more...after tight and soft then take it round shape and make it flat circular then put in warm span then roti ready

It's ok you fail. But after failed, you not loose hope, it's more good.
It's good to know that, that you again try it and successful in it.
Ofcourse i feel upset while fail in any task...but your this post boost me from again try and get requires result.
