It isn't about us....

Well, I think we actually can't control how other people around us receives our energy, or may be in what sense we are talking about. Anything that we say, do eventually filters through the lens of whatever personal understanding/ chaos they are having or going through at the moment....Right...??? It isn't much about us... It's kind of better to keep doing the things we are currently involved in with all the love, compassion and empathy...

Rightly said. We should also introspect if we feel we are at fault. Have a good day

But your energy dictates how others receive it. Yes, they filter through their thought process but you DO have control of your energy. Your tone and body language affect your energy. Others will read this from you too, not only the words you choose but how you made them feel in the interaction. It IS about us. I disagree with you.

Yes, may be you are partially right. When it comes to energy and body language, it does make a difference.... But how about if your are connecting with someone virtually, I mean tone can give a bit of idea but not fully!!!

@Aansh13 Connecting virtually is flawed and people have misunderstandings all day, every day. Mood and tone are present in written conversation too. You can control that to an extent but online chats are much more informal and direct because people don't like to give long or detailed replies that can be done by speaking face to face. That leaves room for misinterpretation of things you write. It's ok though. Most often, one of those life erasers comes in handy. I'm sorry. What can I do to make this right?

We emanate who we are by the way we express ourselves in speech or in action. People perceive us according to respective perspective in life. That means a bit differently from one recipient to another. Surely there would be more understanding to people who are more comfortable in life. For the unfortunate ones, we couldn't expect much. Perhaps we could also go the extra mile and lend a helping hand to those we deem in need. In Christian philosophy, prayers and meditation hold no ground if we don't do something for a neighbor who needs help.

So true, everything is not abut us, it may be for others, for God, for fellowmen and last the self. Better to be selfless , but reality exists that there are selfish people and they were about them not us, selfless.

We can do is to stay correct and stay professional at workplace and don't make those people friends because they are not trusted
