Sunderbans in West Bengal has the largest mangrove forest in the world after Amazon. From Sonar Bangla resort, travellers are taken in steamers to the tiger reserve spot at Sojnekhali. Although it is not possible to see tigers at afternoon hours, travellers can see wild boars, deers, kingfishers, crocodiles. There is brilliant breeze in the steamers when the steamer travels across Matla river.

@asianlady thanks Soireemar those are scary cases. In Sunderbans while travellers are in steamers they are out of reach of crocodiles. In the watch towers the reach of crocodiles are too far.

@sathviksouvik I've seen a tv show in discovery where the man who tried to get gold in the big lake was able to set a big metal trap and catch the biggest crocodile in parts of Africa. OMG! it' so scary. LOL
