A six year old girl who saves a senior citizen in California receives her reward

It is amazing the feat the six year old Rancho Bernardo California resident Kallie Helton did in assisting the San Diego County Sheriff's Department on Memorial Day by assisting them in locating 71 year old missing man Tom Ashton who was reporting by his relatives missing for five hours. Kallie was in Ramona California visiting her grandmother on that day when she saw a man walking in the area with one shoe missing and he looked tired from walking in the area since he has Alzheimer's Disease. Kallie with the assistance of her aunt Kiki Bayisa were able to give Tom some water and contact the authorities to assist them find the missing man since the drone and helicopters were not able to see him because of the thick brush blocking their view. Officials with the San Diego Sheriff's Department presented Kallie with the Medal Of Distinguished Service on Monday morning as her reward for assisting them find a missing man who likely would have perished had Kallie and her aunt not assisted the deputies to find a missing man. My belief is that Kallie's parents have raised their child the right way which is wonderful to know that are some wonderful children in our world today.
