Simone Biles is back to compete in Tokyo

Simone Biles will return to compete in the balance beam final on Tuesday.
I thought any one on any sort of drugs is out of the game. So I guess her
case slight different, she was on that particular drug since childhood. I am sure
that's why let let her compete.
