Signs of Laptop dying

I was seriously worried last night that my laptop suffered an error and could not log in to the operating system. I restarted many times and realized that I just had to wait longer.
But It's my fault because I kept forgetting to shutdown my laptop and went hybernate for days now. It's running slow but now I will just turn it off when not using it. I try to avoid lappy from hybernating again.

Maybe defragmenting can help too? I did that when mine started to respond much slower than usual.

Oooops.. I also hibernate my laptop after using.. I want to start it faster when I resume working hihihi
