Whats your smartphone screen on time ? / myLot

As many of us are smartphone users and spend most of our time in our smartphones. I usually do browsing , watching YouTube and checking posts on Instagram My screen on time is nearly 8 hrs per day What's your screen on time

I never bothered to check, actually. Maybe I should. I suppose Chrome takes the majority of my active screen time.

@Yoshiro I use the browser a lot on my phone but usually it's either for quick searches or interacting here on myLot. For more serious browsing I prefer to do it on my computer, more convenient for me.

i never check it because i don't think that i spend much time on my phone - i'm not using social media and i talk to like 3 people and i also do other things that don't include my phone... but if we count the hours i spend on my laptop too... then we have a problem
