When i entered the company,it always advocated the staffs should have ownership, regard youself as owner of company, proactive to complete your duty, and do other things company assigned.however until now,i stilll lack ownership, still consider myself just as a employee rather than owner.plus,i think i will not become a actual owner forever. In my opinion,a actual owner should have shares of company.but i am sure this company never offer us shares.I don't know if i think wrong, maybe i shouldn't desire more beyond salary. But i was unable to convince myself to have ownership without shareholding.anyway,as a employee,i can't feel like a owner. How about you, dear mylotters,do you have ownership in the company?
