The laptop hanged!
I was mylotting early this morning when I realized it was a Sunday. So I shifted to another tab for the Mass. Prayers first.
After the Mass, I tried to go back to mylot but couldn't. I shouted for help. My daughter shouted back she'd check on it.
Ate a chicken ham sandwich and proceeded to my still wilderness sort of a garden to bury some banana peelings. Watered the plants a little bit. The sun dried up the soil.
When I came back, my laptop was 'scanning in progress'. Took almost the entire morning to finish.
But I can't scroll down on my notifications now. Just saw the press conference of Lionel Messi bidding Barcelona good-bye.
Gosh! What did they just do to the most cumpleat athlete, bar none, the whole world has ever seen!
I need to lie on my bed and ponder about this. I am so sad.

Yes, scanning does consumes a lot of time. When I opened the laptop this afternoon, the monitor showed something like 'Cleaning 0% Do not turn off your computer.' Took time before the screen finally cleared.

I hope the laptop is running fine now.
Money is the source of disagreement between Barca and Messi. Last year Messi held out but eventually played after after talking things over with Barca. PSG is where Messi will play next.

@eileenleyva PSG is Paris Saint Germaine, it is a professional football team in France. Neymar plays there now. They were team mates in Barca before.

@allen0187 Wow! I hope that's already definite. I like Neymar. He's a good athlete. With Paris being the next host of the Olympics, France should be a good home for Lionel Messi. He's the GOAT for me.

My Spanish is baroque. I understand though that Messi compromised and agreed that his pay be cut off 50 per cent.

Oh, that is perhaps I am poor in this computer technology. I do not know how to trouble shoot. I rely on my daughter to fix things for me. That is probably the best advice she could give me to avoid hanging. She told me once to learn how to delete. I still couldn't/
Thanks for telling. I do feel inadequate but that is because I am not knowledgeable about the tech lingo.

Lionel Messi was leaving home and leaving friends. That's very sad.
That's an alpaca stuffed toy my daughter brought home for her younger sister. Wandered on my laptop.

@aureategloom Yup. I saw the videos of the French super excited welcoming Messi in Paris. Crazy! Very unnecessary. But the French are French! What can we do?

@eileenleyva i'm sure Messi will be fine, he's an adult. plus he's a good player so he'll have a nice future no matter what club he plays in. also, i've heard about people welcoming him in Paris and in my opinion - that was really unnecessary
